Indigenous Educators’ Network
The Indigenous Educators’ Network was created in March of 2006 by educators from the first peoples of Bolivia, Guatemala, Mexico and Canada, who attended the IDEA Networks’ Encounter of Indigenous Educators in Oaxaca, Mexico. Its objective is to build a space for, and by, indigenous educators who wish to exchange experiences and strategies aimed at strengthening indigenous education throughout the Americas/Abya Yala.
